JLS helped us turn our two story dining room into a gym upstairs. They were easy to work with and extremely professional. We lived in the house while they did the remodel and I was amazed how clean they left the work area every day before they left, While we were living in construction they did an excellent job to make it so we were not inconvenienced in our daily life. The final project looks amazing and everyone that comes over thinks it is original as the quality of their work was perfect. They had to tie into existing textured walls and even knowing exactly where the tie in is it is impossible to see the transition. JLS did a complete remodel of our 1960's mid-century modern home. We wanted to work with a company that would maintain the look, feel and integrity of the architectural structure, but have all the modern features. Our job ended up being a 7 months from start to finish. JLS provided a full scope program and thorough planning, permitting and project managemnt. The attention to detail was very high, and they stuck to the scope of the project. We ended up living in our house while construction was happening, they worked around us very well and all of there subcontractors were great. The jobsite (our house) was always cleaned up as best as could be every evening. We hired JLS construction to complete a major remodel of our home including kitchen, master bedroom/master bathroom and the conversion of a sundeck into new interior space and open deck. Although we had an architect involved in the project, Scott and Gregg were extremely helpful in both the design and execution of the project, trouble shooting issues overlooked by the architect and making sure things were done properly, both structurally and aesthetically.
